Course information
Blended learning journey
The Coaching with Values training is a blended learning journey. The online environment contains lessons and assignments you can do at your own pace. Some exercises you do with a buddy that you choose at the start of the training. During 9 instructor-led sessions, there are lectures and Q and A sessions. The course fee includes assessments you can use to practice with.
ValueMatch Certified Coach
Upon successful completion of the course, you become a ValueMatch Certified Coach and part of our worldwide Community of Practice.
Without any further annual fees, this provides you with a discount on our assessments, access to our ValueBase with lots of information such as workshop structures and background materials, and free access to our Community of Practice meetings and update sessions.
After this training, we offer further add-on modules. A Spiral Dynamics certification module will allow you to become certified by the Don Beck Spiral Dynamics Integral Foundation, and for those interested in analyzing groups and organizational culture, we will offer a module to become a ValueMatch Certified Practitioner.

Dates and times
Besides the online learning material, there are 9 instructor-led online sessions of 2 hours, spread out over 3 months, you find the dates below. All session are recorded (only accessible to participants), so if you miss a session, you can catch up. Each session starts at 16:00 CET (Central European time).
Who benefits
This training is open to anybody with an interest to learn and is specifically designed for those who work as professional coaches. We guide you to implement a values-based approach and ValueMatch assessments into your coaching practice. We don't teach you to coach, assuming you have such skills.
If you know Spiral Dynamics but have not had in-depth training, we recommend doing the complete course. If you have good knowledge and experience working with Spiral Dynamics, we offer shorter training to become ValueMatch certified.

Prices
Price for the training is € 1075 for small companies and € 1275 for corporates. Prices exclude 21% Dutch VAT; however, participants in the EU with a valid VAT number and participants outside the EU don't pay VAT. Price includes a ValueMatch Values and Change assessment as well as two sets to practice with.
