From Pressure to Coherence

A 2-hour experiential workshop

As a leader, when pressure rises and circumstances are constantly changing, how do you maintain clarity and make the best decisions?

How firm is the internal ground you operate from?

In complex environments, our usual stress strategies often take over automatically. They helped us succeed in the past, but under sustained pressure, they can become rigid and limit our ability to see clearly.

This workshop offers insight into something different.

No lecture, but a carefully guided experiential session where participants can directly sense the difference between pressure-driven leadership and coherent leadership.

You can join the live workshop on May 12th  at 17:00 CET (Amsterdam time), 16:00 GMT (London time), 18:00 Kyiv/Riyadh, 11:00 am EST (New York time), and 8:00 am PST (California time). Seats are limited, so register now to secure your spot.

What we explore

During this two-hour session, participants will experience three different internal states:

  • How they personally relate to stress
  • What their automatic leadership strategies look like under pressure
  • What changes when they reconnect with a state of coherence

Through structured reflection and carefully designed partner exercises, participants gain a direct felt sense of how their perception and decision-making shift when they operate from a different internal posture.

The emphasis is not on analysis. The emphasis is experience.

Sandra Weber

AdAstra Spiral Solutions
works with leaders at developmental thresholds. Where old strategies stop working, a higher level of awareness becomes necessary. She facilitates experiential leadership processes that reveal how internal state shapes perception, decision-making, and action under pressure. Her work integrates Spiral Dynamics Integral, somatic awareness, and real-world leadership contexts. She also designs high-altitude threshold experiences as part of a nine-month mentorship journey, culminating in the ascent of Mt Kilimanjaro, where leaders encounter the inner and outer conditions required to operate at a higher level of perception and responsibility.

Very engaging and fun. Widens my perspectives about how people develop in community. For those who closely works with people, whether in organizations and/or community, Spiral Dynamics can provide insights into the interactions between people and their environment and how it shapes as well as affects each other.

This training gave me a deeper access to working with spiral dynamics in organizational transformation.

David Martí Garcés, Coach. Barcelona, Spain

Since I wrote the foreword to Reinventing Organizations in its Spanish edition, I have often been asked "What do I have to do to become Teal?" Thanks to the window opened with this course, I invite all of you to change this question, and to focus, to begin with, on observing the value system from where we operate right now. And to enjoy the evolutionary journey.

Milos, organizational coach, 39, Serbia

Great instruments and model to work with leaders or for transformations, especially if culture change is desired or needed - in any culture as the model is not Western leadership/culture based or biased.

Vincent, 49, researcher in engineering and yoga teacher

A brilliant Spiral Dynamics training adapted to an on line format. Learn the levels and colors, with historical background, take the time to change your way of thinking, give a new sight to your life and the human situations you approach.

Jean Denys JOUBERT, consultant, France.

Great course, with an excellent balance between concrete cases, useful debriefing, and excellent material on the platform.

Roman Passarge, consultant and coach, Germany

From my point of view, this was a very applicable, practical training for the application of Spiral Dynamics and, above all, the online assessment developed by ValueMatch. The size and rhythm of the online group was great. I will be able to make good use of the knowledge and the assessment in my day-to-day consulting and coaching work.

Massimo Lavelli, engineer and aspiring "integral being" - 35 - Italy

I enjoyed every minute of my training with ValueMatch. If you want to dig more into Graves' work, here's the place to start. A lot of nuances and historical materials complete a very profound journey into the Spiral, with yes, some work to do and lots of interaction and fun with the trainers and participants. Thanks, ValueMatch, for offering a so well-done training.

Hesti N. Lestari, Psychologist & Coach, Indonesia

This one-of-a-kind course provided me with in-depth knowledge of the Spiral Dynamics theory, how to use it to analyze individuals and groups, and taught the dynamics and unique perspectives of the value systems. A must-attend course for those who want to work with Spiral Dynamics, in any situation.
