GAME THE CHANGE
The Global Community Game is an immersive simulation rooted in Spiral Dynamics, guiding participants through 50,000 years of human evolution in just two days. By experiencing various stages of consciousness and organizational forms, players gain insights into complex societal challenges.
The game integrates methods like Meshwork processes, Elicitive Conflict Resolution, and Global Witness practices, fostering co-creative solutions to global issues. Through this engaging approach, participants develop self-leadership, agile thinking, and a deeper understanding of interconnectedness, equipping them to navigate and address the multifaceted problems of our world.

EVENT MODE
The game is aimed at everyone, individuals, teams, commercial organizations or NGOs.
It comprises of three sprints, over a period of two days.
Game experiences are alternated with reflection and transfer phases, to enable a continuous learning process.
In Utrecht we play with a maximum of 26 participants.

USE THE GAME
While the Utrecht event is accessible for individuals, the Global Community Game is mostly used in organizational development projects and played in-house. The facilitators are available for this.
Practitioners with a solid understanding of Spiral Dynamics and experience in facilitating groups can apply to become a facilitator for the game. After the game in Utrecht, we will form a small group of trainees for this purpose. Click on the button below to obtain more information on this.

COURSE INFORMATION
In-person event
The event takes place in Utrecht, the Netherlands, on October 24 and 25. You are welcome at 8:45, the event starts 9:00 in the morning and we work no later than 17:30 with an hour lunch break.
Venue is Seats to Meet, Utrecht, next to the central railway station.
The language in the training is English, the trainers also speak German and French.

Discount for contractors and small businesses
Participation paid by corporations costs €1045, small businesses and individuals pay €895.
An early bird discount of €100 is available until July 31st.
Prices exclude 21% Dutch VAT. Participants from outside the EU don't pay the VAT. Participants from outside the Netherlands but inside the EU and with a valued EU VAT number also don't pay the VAT.

Where can you sleep?
Utrecht is a beautiful Dutch town centrally located in the Netherlands, which is becoming increasingly popular amongst tourists. Next to the railway station you find several luxury hotels. Throughout the old city are various boutique hotels and the Moxy Utrecht about 20 minutes walk is good value.
Hotels are best found via Booking.com. You can also find accommodation on Airbnb, although the city has restricted private rentals.

Travel
Utrecht is 25 minutes by train from Schiphol, Amsterdam airport. Utrecht is also a hub in the European international railway network and can easily be reached from various locations. Our location is next to Utrecht central railway station.
