UPGRADE YOUR MINDSET

We live in a time of constant change and growing complexity — a world marked by uncertainty, contradiction, and transformation. This creates immense challenges for individuals and society, but also opens space for growth, innovation, and new ways of living and working.

To thrive, we need self-awareness, resilience, systemic thinking, and the ability to shift perspectives. This integrative experience, grounded in proven developmental models and coaching practice, helps people navigate change and unlock their potential through deep, engaging, and transformative learning experiences.

GAME THE CHANGE

The Global Community Game is an immersive simulation rooted in Spiral Dynamics, guiding participants through 50,000 years of human evolution in just two days. By experiencing various stages of consciousness and organizational forms, players gain insights into complex societal challenges.

The game integrates methods like Meshwork processes, Elicitive Conflict Resolution, and Global Witness practices, fostering co-creative solutions to global issues. Through this engaging approach, participants develop self-leadership, agile thinking, and a deeper understanding of interconnectedness, equipping them to navigate and address the multifaceted problems of our world.

LEADING THROUGH COMPLEXITY

The Global Community Game is designed for leaders, change-makers, and professionals working at the intersection of business, social innovation, and systemic transformation. It benefits those seeking deeper insight into complexity, organizational development, and conscious leadership.

Participants gain experiential understanding of human development stages, enabling them to lead more effectively in dynamic environments.

Ideal for consultants, sustainability experts, and purpose-driven entrepreneurs, the game empowers attendees to co-create meaningful, future-oriented solutions within teams, organizations, and broader social systems.

David Martí Garcés, Coach. Barcelona, Spain

Since I wrote the foreword to Reinventing Organizations in its Spanish edition, I have often been asked "What do I have to do to become Teal?" Thanks to the window opened with this course, I invite all of you to change this question, and to focus, to begin with, on observing the value system from where we operate right now. And to enjoy the evolutionary journey.

    Milos, organizational coach, 39, Serbia

Great instruments and model to work with leaders or for transformations, especially if culture change is desired or needed - in any culture as the model is not Western leadership/culture based or biased.

Vincent, 49, researcher in engineering and yoga teacher

A brilliant Spiral Dynamics training adapted to an on line format. Learn the levels and colors, with historical background, take the time to change your way of thinking, give a new sight to your life and the human situations you approach.

I enjoyed every minute of my training with ValueMatch. If you want to dig more into Graves' work, here's the place to start. A lot of nuances and historical materials complete a very profound journey into the Spiral, with yes, some work to do and lots of interaction and fun with the trainers and participants. Thanks, ValueMatch, for offering a so well-done training.

Hesti N. Lestari, Psychologist & Coach, Indonesia

This one-of-a-kind course provided me with in-depth knowledge of the Spiral Dynamics theory, how to use it to analyze individuals and groups, and taught the dynamics and unique perspectives of the value systems. A must-attend course for those who want to work with Spiral Dynamics, in any situation.

From my point of view, this was a very applicable, practical training for the application of Spiral Dynamics and, above all, the online assessment developed by ValueMatch. The course was an excellent introduction to this model. The study materials were very useful, the lecturers were professional, and the e-learning platform was well-functioning and supportive. I’m leaving with a comprehensive understanding of Spiral Dynamics, a perspective on myself through this model, and an introduction to perceiving teams and organizations through the lens of this model.

Joe Chahwan, Career & Skill Development Coach, Lebanon.

Spiral Dynamics was a life-changing experience from the perspective of how to perceive, analyze, and behave in front of different personalities and within different societies. Acquiring that knowledge leveraged a lot of my adaptive personality skills, and supported me a lot to see things from a different perspective.
