Course information
Blended learning
The course consists of three online sessions of two hours each. You’ll work with one or two real positions from your own practice and create complete job profiles. Between sessions, you’ll apply what you’ve learned, match people to jobs, and bring your findings back for discussion and feedback. We use a blended learning approach, combining live sessions with online materials, exercises, and self-paced study to deepen understanding and practical application.

ValueMatch Certified Professional
This program is designed for those ValueMatch-certified professionals, already familiar with the ValueMatch assessments and Spiral Dynamics. It’s ideal for coaches, HR professionals, and consultants who want to apply values-based tools in recruitment, team development, and organizational change.

Discount for contractors and small businesses
The fee for small businesses (up to 20 employees) is € 595, the fee for corporations is € 695. Prices exclude VAT when applicable (in the Netherlands and private participants in the EU).
Certification
Upon successful completion, you will be certified to use the ValueMatch Value-based Job Profile tool.
Bundle of assessments
The workshop includes free values assessments for the participants, as well as two values assessments to practice with.

Languages
English is the language for our online course and the sessions. The Value-based Job Profile documents are available in Dutch and English, but if you need them in another language, we can work with you on translating them.

Matching Jobs and people
After completing this course, you’ll be able to create Values-Based Job Profiles, match people and jobs, and recognize sources of values tension in organizations. You’ll have a practical framework to advise leaders and HR professionals on building more value-aligned, effective, and human workplaces.

Once you sign up for this training, you can directly start your learning journey by using the online materials. Below you find the times and dates of the online sessions. We estimate that, besides attending these sessions, you will need about 4 to 6 hours to complete this course. This includes the time you spent analyzing profiles and conducting debrief/coach sessions.

Paul Zuiker
Paul Zuiker is co-founder of ValueMatch and the architect of the Values-Based Job Matching Profile. Certified by Dr. Don Beck as a Spiral Dynamics Master Practitioner, he has been conducting Spiral Dynamics–based training since 2007. Combining values research with practical consulting, he designs innovative methods to align people, culture, and structure in organizations. Paul’s work bridges theory and application, helping clients build systems where people and purpose naturally connect.

Auke van Nimwegen is co-founder of ValueMatch and one of the founders of the Don Beck Spiral Dynamics Integral Foundation. Having worked closely with Dr. Don Beck since 2007, he is a Spiral Dynamics Master Practitioner authorized to teach certification programs. As an entrepreneur and organizational development consultant, Auke has decades of experience guiding leaders, teams, and organizations in culture transformation, values alignment, and personal development. His work integrates deep theoretical insight with practical tools for meaningful and sustainable change.
